Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping Your Items

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Melbourne warehouse and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
